The CareOregon Advantage CareCard is a unique benefit that allows you to buy thousands of eligible items using a pre-loaded debit card. These are items you'd normally pay for out of your own pocket, such as cold and flu care, allergy medicine, pain relief and more. You can also get additional reward funds loaded onto your CareCard when you complete healthy activities, like an annual wellness visit or completing certain health screenings.

At the beginning of each calendar month, more money will automatically be added to the same card. Any money left on your card at the end of each month will expire. It does not carry over to the next month.*

How much money is on the card? In 2026, the amount is $15.50 per month ($186 per year).
